What The Journey Looks Like:
Prepare Body + Mind
The success of any extended water fast depends largely on how well you prepare. One important goal is to clear out and hydrate the digestive tract as much as possible. The better you are able to do this, the more quickly and more comfortably your body will dive into detoxification and healing. This phase will be focused around adjusting your diet so that your body transitions safely and effectively into the fast. Your mindset will also be an important focus at this time to make sure that you have no fear or anxiety around the fast and you can enter into it with complete confidence, gratitude and peace of mind.
The Fast
This is where the magic happens! It’s during your extended fast, whether it’d be on water or juice, that your body will achieve the highest level of detoxification & healing. During this phase, we’ll be having daily check-ins & the usual weekly calls to ensure you feel supported & confident to deal with any challenges this fasting experience might throw your way.
Break The Fast + Long-Term Success
Breaking the fast is some cases can be more challenging than the fast itself. This phase will be spent on breaking the fast safely and effectively so your body continues to cleanse and heal whilst also adjusting to the introduction of food. This phase will also ensure that you integrate back into life smoothly and are fully equipped with the understanding and tools to continue achieving your health and lifestyle goals.
