With the next life chapter in the imminent future, the bond of brotherhood and the desire to manifest long term attainable health goals - two Sydney brothers test their physical and mental limits in a 20 day water fast, followed by a 20 day juice fast.

Sinclair, a health conscience, professional fitness trainer and chef, has been working in the industry for years. After developing health issues, despite regular fitness training and healthy eating, he decided to try a multitude of techniques to overcome his ailments,
Saxon developed a deep curiosity of fasting. Whilst he doesn’t have the same physical ailments as Sinclair, Saxon goes into this fast aiming to prove that even a seemingly young, healthy and fit person like himself has a lot to benefit from undergoing fasting.
